What are the delivery charges and how long will delivery take?

We offer free shipping Australia wide on orders over $200, or you may purchase standard or express shipping if you would like your order faster.

Orders under $200, buyer will have a choice of $10 for standard post or $14 for express post.

Standard post is 3-5 business days and express post is next day delivery to Australian Metro cities and slightly longer for regional locations.

If your order is placed and payment cleared before 2pm, your order will be dispatched on the same day.

We use Australia Post and couriers services for deliveries.

Any delays in shipping of your order such as due to lack of stock, or your payment fails our 3rd party security checks, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please be mindful, these payment security measures are in place to protect both our customers, the general public and the merchant.

Order delays via Australis Post or courier service is out of our control.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Congratulations on placing your order!

After you place your order you will be sent a confirmation email with details such as the items you ordered, billing address and shipping address. We then get busy packing your order to ship it out to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is set to sail, we will send you a confirmation email complete with tracking number for your reference.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Customers have the choice to pay with most major credit cards via Square or PayPal, or use money in their Paypal account if they have one. Please email us for bank transfer details. Afterpay is another option for those wanting to shop now and pay later. Please visit the Afterpay section for more details regarding this payment system.

How secure is shopping on your site? Is my data protected?

We take security very seriously at Painted Sound and you can feel confident our online shop is secure. Firstly, our site has a valid SSL, which encrypts all activity. Secondly, we only use professional and highly reputable payment gateways in Square and PayPal. Afterpay have their own security protocols in place for you. Furthermore, we have added security measures on our site.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes we will email you an invoice for your order.

Will my purchase come with Australian warranty? Are you an Authorised Australian Dealer?
