  1. Try again to turn on your player by pressing and holding the Play/Pause center button and listen for your music to begin.

Let’s check if the player needs to be charged.

The player may have run out of battery. Let’s charge the device and see if it turns on after charging.

After swimming with your device, turn off the player by pressing and holding the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds until the light turns off. If the player is not turned off it may continue to play and run out of battery while you are not using it.

Please try all of the options below until your device begins to charge:

1. Make sure the USB cable has completely attached to the player. The magnetic strips should click into place. If the magnets are repelling each other you need to place it on there differently.

2. Charge your player using a different USB port on your computer (ex: if you are using a desktop, try one of the USB ports in the back). If you are using a laptop, make sure your laptop is turned on, charged and not in sleep mode.

3. If your player still won’t charge on your computer, restart your computer and check again. If this does not work, check your computer for updates and update if necessary. Then plug it in again and try to charge it after updating.

4. Charge your device using a different computer (make sure the computer is turned on and not in sleep mode).

5. Charge your device using a brick charger that plugs into the wall. After plugging in your player, it may take a few moments for the device to begin charging. Wait 10-15 minutes or until the light starts quickly blinking which indicates that the player is charging.

*We recommend never charging more than 3 hours at a time and never charging while wet or damp. Charging the device while wet/damp or overcharging the device will permanently damage the device and it will cease to function properly.
